Frank Sinatra was an iconic American singer and actor who rose to fame in the mid-20th century. Born on December 12, 1915, in Hoboken, New Jersey, Sinatra was one of two children born to Italian immigrants, Dolly Garaventi Sinatra and Antonio Martino Sinatra.
